Description Of Incident:
On November 27th Providence Fire Alarm dispatched a full assignment to 88 Veazie Street for a vacant house fire. Engine 2 arrived to find heavy fire on floor 1 extending upwards in a 3.5 story woodframe vacant dwelling set back behind 2 other buildings. A second alarm was transmitted soon after arrival. Ladder 3 arrived and set up a ladder pipe on side 1 with crews engaged in a exterior operations. Multiple lines and ladder pipes contained the fire to the building of origin in about a hour an a half. Multiple companies were special called above the 2nd alarm.
